"It is rare to encounter someone with Anthony's level of intellectual horsepower. He doesn't just manage CRM; he deconstructs and reimagines it through a lens that most people are not wired to see. He is deeply committed to data integrity and foundations for development in the pursuit of real outcomes."
Muhammad Ali VP Analytics & Engineering, INNOCEAN USA
"What sets Anthony apart is his ability to connect marketing performance directly to revenue and margin, using advanced measurement models and cross-functional growth operating frameworks."
Jennifer Purcell Dodez Director of Sales & Business Development, Polk by S&P Global Mobility
"Anthony is among a rare group of elite players who can also teach. He combines the ability to develop technically complex cross-channel game plans with a coach-like delivery that helps his clients and cohorts embrace his strategies."
Scott Meldrum EVP Digital Solutions, LEARFIELD
"His ability to connect strategy with practical execution made him a valuable contributor and a trusted partner to both the client and internal team."
Lisette Hysmith Principal, Slalom (formerly managed Anthony directly at P3/Accenture)
"What stands out most is his intellectual honesty. He'll poke holes in his own recommendations before you get the chance to, and he treats every partner at the table, regardless of which side they sit on, as someone worth listening to. The combination of rigor and humility is genuinely rare, and it's what makes him such an effective collaborator"

Beyond the Work
The Human Behind the Data
More than a corporate drone, here are the few hobbies I'll drone on about.
When I'm not building CRM ecosystems, I can be found out among the verdant beauty of the Pacific Northwest, disturbing the neighborhood peace learning a new guitar or bass line, shooting film on my Nikon F3, putting off restoring my project Miata, and most importantly, spending quality time with Toby and Gretchen, our two rescue pups.
Let's be real, those two are the reason I need to keep working. Dog toys and treats don't grow on trees, though with how much both of them like sticks, maybe they do grow on trees…
What do you mean "guitars aren't a 401K replacement!?"
I've been playing poorly for 22+ years. Growing up, there wasn't much money to go around and I did my best with what I had. As a graduation gift, my wife surprised me with my first "nice" guitar, a Taylor 365ce 12 string in all mahogany, after hearing for years how much I wanted a 12 to play like my icon, Gordon Lightfoot.
From there, well, N+1: I've since rewarded myself with all of the guitars I never thought I could own, including a Martin D-28 and a couple of Heritage Custom Shop works of art.
My latest acquisitions: a Gibson Les Paul Special in TV Yellow was a trade and came with a strap that included a matching dog collar. In guitar math, that's free.
Coming soon: two MIJ vintage beauties, a 1990 MIJ Telecaster TL62B-66 in Candy Apple Red and a late '70s/early 1980 Fender F-80-12.
I can stop whenever I want. I swear.
For non-musicians: yes, each one is different. And no, not just aesthetically. There are worse addictions…
Film Photography
Intention isn't an affectation. My path back to film photography.
Photography has had a profound impact on my life. Creativity and artistry have always been a challenge for me, but photography was, and is, a soft bridge between the logic and analytical part of my brain and the desire to create.
I started with film as a kid and loved it. I've gone back and forth, off and on, over the years however I've recently re-committed to the craft.
I'm not developing — I leave that to the experts — and I'm not going to lie, I'm not good at it anymore. At least, I'm not great with color film anymore. I appreciate the forgiveness of black and white film.
That said, like with most of the analogue things in my life - watches, cars, instruments, and my typewriter - I appreciate the connection and intent. It's that extra moment of breathing, thinking, committing, and being ok with the result. It's meditative and reframes where and how we put our effort.
Nikon F3
Lusted after since childhood. Who could resist a camera designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro?
PNW Light
Mist, contrast, and quiet. The Pacific Northwest is a natural darkroom.
Favorite Film Stock(s)
B&W: Kodak Tmax400
Color: Kodak Portra 400
Film
Deliberate intent, happy mistakes. The purposeful, much needed opposite of a digital feedback loop.
Toby & Gretchen
Even remote employees have loud coworkers. And they steal from the 'fridge.
Puppy Credentials
Toby, Major Domo
Master, Barking Admin
Toby graduated magna cum laude from the University of Hard Knocks, Dallas, TX
Gretchen, Office Gossip
Give Eats, Dad (G.E.D.)
Superlative: Most likely to show up on a work call pawing at me.
These two are my whole world and both are rescues. I work hard so that they can have a much better life.
These two will definitely show up on calls from time to time and one is frequently asleep on the couch, on top of a heated blanket while the other is in my wife's office. Then they'll swap. It's magical.
The Miata Project
A Restoration of Love
The answer is always Miata. A year and change ago I picked up this survivor with an incredible story. As its third steward in under 50k miles over 25 years, I'm thrilled to be bringing it back to showroom glory slowly.

Favorite Drive
A quick jaunt through Cape George and back. Sweeping curved roads, the smell of fresh pine and woodfires. Perfection.
Life in Port Townsend - The PNW version of Mayberry meets Gilmore Girls
A port on a western bay that serves Victorian vibes every day.
Perched on the Olympic Peninsula, it's a place that somehow never got the memo that time was supposed to keep moving.
It's fog and ferries and farmers markets and dogs and artisans and I keep expecting to see Andy Griffith walking down the street.
It is, objectively, the right place to live if you shoot film, like typewriters, and have dogs in raincoats.
🌫️ Fog
Ever present and the precursor to hearing naval fog horns through the verdant forests.
⛴️ Ferries
The commute. Also the view. Also the vibe.
🤝 Community
The lifeblood of PT.
☕ Coffee
It wouldn't be WA without local brews.
Port Townsend doesn't try to be charming. It just is.
The Full Picture
What the resume doesn't say.
Guitarist (Plural)
You'll see this on every video call. Ask about my habit at your own risk, I'll ramble and you'll be stuck listening.
Film Photographer
Subjects include PNW forests, paths, and things that were left behind. Believes the waiting is part of the process.
Dog Person (Committed)
Toby and Gretchen. Yellow raincoats. Strong walk opinions. Best coworkers in the business. The actual reason employment is necessary.
Miata Optimist
Proof that perfection isn't about objective bests but subjective delights.
Let's Connect
The door is open.
