About
Anthony Sogg

I turn fragmented customer data into measurable revenue, and I am unusually honest about how we know it is working.
The short version: eighteen-plus years in customer-data platforms, identity resolution, and omnichannel lifecycle programs, across enterprise automotive, medtech, and global B2B. I build the stack and the measurement framework that proves it, then lead the cross-functional change to actually operate it.
Every side of the table
I have been the agency partner, the client-side owner, the management consultant, and, long before any of that, the guy on a commission-only sales floor who only ate what he sourced. That range is the most useful thing about me. I know how the work looks from the seat across from mine, which makes me faster to the real problem and harder to sell a tool that will not survive contact with an org chart.
How I work
I lead like a servant and a mentor, and I am a believer in the Socratic why. Most teams are not broken, they are buried, under rigid process and short-term pressure. My instinct is to remove the obstacle rather than add another framework, and to ask the uncomfortable question early, including of my own recommendations. The people I have mentored getting promoted matters more to me than any single number I have ever booked.
Away from the screen
I live in Port Townsend, Washington, at the damp far corner of the Pacific Northwest. I am a musician and an unrepentant guitar collector, I shoot film and write with fountain pens because the constraint makes me better, I keep a small convertible that makes no financial sense, and I am a card-carrying Star Trek optimist about what technology should be for: making the work better for the people doing it, not replacing them with a chirpier chatbot.
